I've created monsters!

Pool Monsters that is. :)
It is actually cool enough this morning for me to be able to open the slider and let the cool air in. 8)
I hear this splashing noise and look outside. The dogs had decided to go for a morning dip. I didn't hear them get it. What I heard was Pepsi and Rags splashing as they jumped out of the pool.
They have decided that they don't even require us to go in the pool for them to go in the pool. They just go right in.
Normally the pool area is off limits unless someone is outside.
They usually go in the pool if Ryan is outside.
This morning though I had left the gate to the pool area open and in they went. Then they come inside soak and wet and got up on my bed to dry themselves  Thankfully I wasn't in it.

LOL.
No, they don't get their heads wet. They sit on the second step which comes up to their bellies. And drink from their HUGE water bowl.
Pepsi had been getting his ear hair wet because he splashes a lot and he got some pretty bad matts. I tried to brush them out and he refused to cooperate. So I cut his ears short. Problem solved and he's happy.
LOL! sorry E, but that's just funny! UI vcan just see them standing int hat pool lapping up water... oh wait. The REASON I can see them doing that is becuase mine does that in the mini pond upstairs!

I've stopped laughing now.

Did little Chili join them, or did she decide to opt out of the fun?
I'm totally picturing this and laughing my butt off!

She looked at them like they were insane  and happily drank some fresh cold water out of a bowl on the patio.
At least they only sit on the step. Drez will actually go in and swim by herself! One night this summer Dale left her on the deck and didn't close the pool gate. We were in the basement working and Sarah comes running in, yelling - where are you guys? When we answered, she came down and said - I just went outside. Did you know that Drez just went swimming??

Now, she loves to swim and has no fear, but at her age and infirmities, it really isn't a good idea for her to be swimming solo. Geesh! She was happy as a clam, though - huge smile on her face!!
Chris,
Sounds as though Miss Drezzie needed to swim. :D
She is such a spirited girl, bless her heart!
Poor London leads a deprived life. She only gets to drink out of the bathtub and toliet - no nice pool for her.
 That's just to funny! :yay:
That is FUNNY!!!
