anybody wants to adopt 22month old OES temporarily???

Hi,

I have posted before several months ago.
I have someone taking care of my Mochi for few months now, but I don't think the environment is right for her.

I am looking for somebody who can take care of my dear Mochi temporarily.
I am in the middle of transition in my life, and the situation doesn’t allow
me to find a place where I can stay with Mochi at this point. I love Mochi
to death, so I need somebody who can take good care of Mochi for a while somewhere around LA.

Mochi is a 22mth female Old English Sheepdog
She is waiting for someone who takes good
care of her with LOVE! NOT someone who will stick her in a cage. She is
about 60 pounds. She is very sweet, loving, calm and affectionate. Mochi
is housetrained and on all vaccinations.

I think i have picture somewhere in oes.org, but i can't find it.
(ask me for pictures through e-mail)

my e-mail address (edit: use e-mail button to contact poster).

she is very special dog. one puppy from her litter died from mother's womb and she is the only survivor (vet thought that she'll die too in few days, but she fought for her life-->reason why she has tail)
Now, she is healthy as a cow.

we can discuss more via e-mail.

thanks for reading.

What a pretty girl. I added her photo to your post. You can find photos you posted by clicking on the camera icon below your messages and in your profile.

I am sorry the arrangement didn't work out. Hopefully, you will get leads to someone else who can help. How long do you think you will need to have someone taking care of her?

People can email you using the button at the bottom of your message. I would recommend editing the post to delete your email so you don't get alot of spam from webcrawlers that collect addresses. Let me know if you would like me to do that.

Best of luck!
Awww, she's beautiful :)
Good luck :)
She is beautiful...and I hope someone can help you out too!
Where are you?
She is beautifull
Really pretty girl. Are you LA the city or LA the state?
Terry,
I offered last time and that offer still goes.
I'm out by Palm Springs.
Thank you Valerie for adding photo of Mochi.

I don't have internet connection at home, so it is little bit hard to check internet regularly.

Pepsi's mom, you've got e-mail from me.

Thank you all

p.s I am in LA, california area.
I used to live in Pittsburgh PA, but we drove together to LA an half of year
ago. (job+housing give me and Mochi too much stress)
Hi.

We were browsing on the OES.org and saw this posting about our OES Mochi who we rescued from the So. CAL OES Rescue in 11/06. We want to let all you sweet, caring people know that Mochi found a home where she is the Princess and we love her so, so much.

We are grateful that she is a part of our lives.

Mochi said to say HI....
that's so great to hear!!!! Thanks for adopting Mochi!!!! :clappurple:

I agree! :D :D
Congratulations! Yay for Mochi!!
Glad she found a good home. I was waiting here on two different days for Terry to bring Mochi to me, as he had said he would.
I was PISSED!!

I don't understand why someone would arrange to bring their dog to live with someone and not call, not show up or anything.
We were all ready for Mochi's arrival. It had been set up for two weeks.
At first he wanted me to Foster her, which I was fine with. Then he said it may be permanent, which I was fine with too.

Terry had picked her up from the shelter/boarding facility or where ever she was staying, was going to spend some time with her that day and he wanted to bring her down to me that evening. I waited and waited and nothing.
I was sure he had put her to sleep or something stupid.

It's just really messed up to string a family along like that.... also to keep a dog in a boarding facility as long as he kept her there.

Glad things turned out okay for her.
OMG, that dog is so cute! So sad to hear what the dog went through, but awesome that she is with you now.
Thank you, thank you.
Mochi is very happy.
She had bad separation anxiety when we adopted her but we worked through it with the help of a dog psychologist. Yep, a dog psychologist came to the house to help us learn how to work with Mochi.
Thanks for adopting nice to know how mochi is doing.

And Welcome to the forum and hope to hear more of mochi's antics.
Yay for Mochi!!! :cheer: :high5:
I'm glad to hear Mochi found a loving furever home....of course we would love to see more pictures of Mochi!!!
YAY, :yay: :yay:   :excited: :excited: :cheer: :cheer: :go: :go: :clappurple: :clappurple: :hearts: :hearts: I LOVE HAPPY ENDINGS :!:
Could you share some of the things you learned to do for separation anxiety. Happy she has a good home!
