It's never easy when our babies are sick. Hope all goes well.

Sending sheepie hugs your way.
Sick Chauncey... We spent 8 hours last Sat night at the Doggy ER in Frederick, MD. What a scarey but wonderful experience. I'm a "people"
ER nurse and I would gladly let young Dr. Wilson DMV & staff take care of me and family. Chauncey had gastroenenteritis and received SQ fluids, 2 injections and two meds to go. He is almost 100% now. What a great facility and staff.. God Bless and lot's of kudo's!!!! Kathy BTW: my Vet had records of the event and the lab and X-ray reports when he came in on Mon. morning!
Oh... I'm sure he's recover in no time!
He'd much rather get treats from mommy than getting the liq in the ER!!
Sending all the good vibe
I'm so sorry to hear that your puppy's sick . Good thing you got him to the vet's right away. Hope he gets well soon.

Our dog Katrina, threw up all of the time for the first months and we later found out that the coldness of ice cubes didn't agree with her. The vet had even checked all of her organs during her spay to find out why she was throwing up. We finally figured it out. The sad thing was she loved eating the ice cubes and we thought we were being good to her since our weather is hot. But it was good news it wasn't more serious. We just felt horrible we didn't figure it out sooner and put her through that.

Hope your new puppy and you have a wonderful time together.
Best wishes hope your baby is home with you soon.
Thanks for all the good wishes....he's baaaack! He's his rip roaring self again. The ice cube post is really interesting since Chauncey has never liked dog treats, but has loved ice cubes. But during this bout we tried to use them for hydration and he wouldn't even look at them. Thanks again for all the help....Kathy
Great news, hugs to your special baby. :D
this is too confusing............
