Last Call for Michigan Picnic July 29
We really need to know how many people planned to come up for the Michigan picnic on July 29 at 2 p.m. so we can plan food and all that good stuff. The way it's looking right now, it's going to be a small group so, after talking to Jil, she graciously offered up her house. She has a nice yard with a "race track" for the dogs and it's fenced in and secure. Plus, we'll have the added bonus of having a bathroom really close! Could everyone check in no later than July 25 so we know how to plan? Thanks, Jill |

| We had this trip booked into our vacation plans for months. Then Bosley's eye thing happened, and we were holding our breath.
Every time we go to have his progress checked we ask the same thing "Will he be able to attend a sheepie picnic at the end of July and play with the other dogs?"....They would not committ to anything. We certainly would not go without him, and not if he had to stay on a leash, with a cone on the whole time 
But things look very good for him, and this past weekend the vet said they don't see why not. We have ONE last check-up to go, next week sometime, and after that we are done.... 
So, unless he takes a big turn for the worse, we are there! Hubby and I .....and I would like to see if I can arrange to bring Dixie, too. |

I sent a PM to Emmie and Bella's mom and Holly sent one to Cindy. ANyone talked to Karen (Beau and Mollie)? Who else is there that I'm forgetting? Help! |

| Thanks Jaci, I found it in my address book. She will be there with her son, his fiance, and Wiley and Cody. As for human food I need to know how many non-meat eaters we will have. Nicole, are you still off meat? |

I just don't eat red meat. I eat chicken and fish and LOTS of veggies. Hubby is diabetic, but doesn't act it  We'll bring sweetner for him, but everything else is fine.
He is an "excellant" griller, so if you need a hand on the BBQ! What do we do if it calls for rain? |

| This is Laurie's daughter, sorry for any confusion but the party will be held at OUR house. I know my mom told Jil and I guess she either thought Jil would be passing the information along, or maybe she just forgot to mention it! SO, if you need directions I'm sure you can just PM my mother, but no fear, we live maybe 5 miles from the original location! |
| Thanks for piping up Laurie's daughter! I was gone all day yesterday and asked your mom to e-mail Jil and I haven't been able to get a hold of Jil today so I wasn't sure what the verdict was! Thanks so much for offering to host the party!
To ease all the confusion from everyone else: Laurie had generously offered her home after Jil did. As the group grew latrger, we realized we were growing out of Jil's yard so I PM'd Laurie to see if the offer still stood. I was at Cedar Point all day yesterday so I didn't talk to Jil or Laurie yet today. Like Laurie's daughter said, all the locations that we had talked about so far are all under 10 minutes apart so it isn't a major shift-- only on paper! |

I didn't know them 20 minutes ago......but I do now 
They live walking distance....1.5 miles! We talked to the man of the house.....he was cutting the grass. We didn't see the sheepies but he said they have 3. We gave him our # and hopefully Jude will call me. I think the man was thinking STALKER as I slowly drove by his house looking for any signs of sheepies.....I didn't even notice him.....he was kinda just starring at us. After we started talking all was good I think! He might be talking to his wife about the crazy people that stopped by to invite them to a picnic
