Bob's out there, Jerry....

and he's loving every minute of it! (Seinfeld fans will understand).

Bob the Wonder Pony started back in pasture last Thursday. He's up to a full day and I can see the contentment in his eyes. He was a good patient being stuck in the stall for 3 months but I know he wasn't happy. He's in the "gimp" lot with 2 or 3 other horses who have problems and won't go back into the big pasture this summer. The big pasture has a creek with mud banks and Bob likes to stand in the creek which is not good for a tendon that is stiff.

So we are both happy. I don't have to spend every night hand grazing him in the field, waiting for him to go mental. And he's out with his friends.

Life is good (as Jil would say).

You mean there's nothing between you and me but a thin layer of gabardine?

I knew you would get it Jill. Actually, there's nothing between him and me or him and you because he doesn't wear gabardine! Or anything.

Every so often I meet my neighbors out walking or riding one of their horses, "Gotta give them something new to look at or else they go crazy." I'm sure Bob appreciates the change in view.

Go Bob! It is so wonderful to hear he is back out in the pasture now, unattended. :clappurple: do we have any pasture pics of him to share????
Great News, I bet he is a sight to see now, frolicking in the pastures. You have done such wonders for Bob and hearing how his progress is going is just wonderful.

When can you start riding him?
