I'm sorry, that particular breeder has requested that she not be mentioned on this forum. She did this by threatening to sue me.

You can take that to mean whatever you like.
I sent you a pm lovesoes :)
I haven't heard anything about this breeder... sorry, nothing I can share.

When searching for a puppy from any reputable breeder, ask how often they breed the mothers (you don't want to find females are bred everytime they come in heat... they need time to recover and rebuild their strength).

Do a little research to see the conditions known to occur with this breed. Ask what testing the breeder does prior to breeding. Most importantly, ask whether either the mother or father have had ANY health conditions AND if ANY of the puppies in the current and previous litters from these parents have had any health problems. This information can can help foretell the future health of your puppy. There can be occasional problems but if they are repeated a good breeder will end a line. I think a good breeder should be happy to share the facts of their breeding program with you. Another important thing to check is temperament... visit to see how they are raised and so you can meet both parents.

We really lucked out when we got our sheepies... God was definitely watching over us because I just didn't know the right questions to ask. We were soooo fortunate. Others can probably tell you other important questions to ask a prospective breeder. Good luck and I hope you post again when you've gotten your new puppy!

Ouch, Ron! 8O

I guess we peons never really know what goes on behind the scenes. Thanks for your work!
There are no peons here! Everyone of you makes up this community, I'm just a facilitator. Somehow, and I don't know how, this site has been able to attract a large group of wonderful people, and for that I am very happy and grateful.
