Poor Chipper's Toosh!!!

Had to share...

Got a call from camp around 4- Chris not feeling well/fever... Chipper came with me to pick him up.

After getting the boys in the car, notice Chipper is HUFFING AND PUFFING- more than normal. So I immediately think, OK God,can't handle much more....

We are at the stop sign,w aiting to turn right, and I look down to get a pack of gum out of my handbag for Matt...I moved the handbag slightly, and notice a orange light on.... The POOR DOGS BUTT warmer was on HIGH 8O . NO FREAKIN WONDER he was huffing- and the warmers DO work, his seat was VERY WARM... I felt so terrible... I was toasting little Chippy's tush!! Putting my handbag on the floorboard must have hit the switch.

Thinking back, it makes me laugh :) ... At the moment, felt horrible  , but now finding the humor in it!

Hopefully it will provide a laugh!

aweee... poor thing. i imagine i would forget our seat warmer was on too. :)

some cars (forgot which one??) were just recalled because the seat warmers got too hot.
Ouch!
Jeep Grand Cherokee's just had recent recalls...

Thank goodness camp is only 5 minutes down the road- AND that Matt wanted a stick of gum!!!

Our van is fairly new and I have never had "warmers" before, so I am thikning about putting tape over the switches to prevent this from ever happening again.
OUCH, Hot Dog!!
Hey Lisa...you stole my line!! That was my immediate thought too!!

Poor Chipper we are all chuckling at his expense...so give him a belly rub for me.

Marianne and the boys

They are great!
I have them and I wouldn't be without them in the winter. Cold leather seats, no fun.
uh oh, hot crossed buns! 8O
LOL Why didn't he just get off the seat?

Probably trying to be a good boy hehe. Momo does some of the same things - living in discomfort rather than facing my disapointment in her for doing something wrong.

The tape might be a good idea, either that or be more cautious about tossing things in the back next time. Since you are a bit more aware of the switch now it shouldn't be a problem. :D
Poor Chipper :(
Burnt buns are never fun.
