My Birthday
Steve went out to my inlaws with Fozzie while Annie and me stayed home. I went to my physical therapist's house for a much needed massage and then scrapbooked the rest of the day. You know because I had to see Foz's face calmly in pictures instead of his physical busy presence! It was a very good day despite the rain and I got rejuvenated. I've been in a really bad funk for the last week or so. However, no day is complete without something going awry. Annie stepped in poop right after it rained! I spent half an hour cleaning up her paw...YUCK! Then I ran out real quick to get some maki rolls...yum yum. Then I realized that the "Busy Bone" I gave to Annie early in the day stained the carpet red...had to try to clean that up. By 7pm, Annie and Foz were home and the little guy was tuckered out. Unfortunately, the "Busy Bone" gave Annie indigestion and she spent the rest of the night sitting up, then walking around, and farting. I felt so bad  I won't be giving her that type of bone again.
Anyway, Foz apparently did very well in the car (45 min drive one way and at my inlaws house. Their 7 yr old cocker spaniel, Cubby, however, didn't take a liking to Foz. Cubby is an unusually calm and independent cocker so when Foz kept barking at him to play, Cubby "attacked" him. Nothing happened to Foz but he was quite taken aback. Poor guy  On a brighter note, Steve took him for a walk and one of the neighbor's grandpuppies was over. Would you believe it was a 10 wk male OES puppy with blue eyes! Their daughter apparently also had a 6 yr old male. Of course, the one time I don't go out to my inlaws there are other sheepies out there. Very strange coincidence. Maybe next time...
My bday was mostly celebrated on Saturday. Went with Mom to lunch and to Archiver's Scrapbooking store where we had signed up for a craft. It was a ton of fun. Then she, Steve and I went for an Italian dinner and then cake. It was a nice evening! Steve bought me some new adorable comfy pajamas. The pups got me a fanny pack so I no longer need to stuff poop bags and keys into my waistband like a complete dork! |

| Happy belated birfday Stacy. Sounds like you had good times. Sometimes a person just needs to have their own quiet time. Too bad Annie had tummy problems though. I hope she's o.k.
