| That's great that they finally have done that. I hope it saves you some time not having to answer emails.
I do have a question though... Having met some other OESCA members at dog shows, and some of them are long-time breeders, is it just that they have not signed the "code of ethics" form? I guess it just surprised me to see so few listed, and 2 of the breeders I was referred to 2 years ago, are not there, and I know they still are active. |

Yes, that is exactly the case. Some breeders don't need to use the Breeder Referral program because they have waiting lists for people wanting to buy their puppies and don't need help getting them sold. Tarja  |
