MY LITTER ARRIVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  The litter was born early Friday morning - 7 boys and 2 girls!! I'm thrilled and can't wait to see pics - I'll post them when I get them. Great litter size, isn't it?!
We found out on our drive home last night while we were picking up another pup to foster. He's only 2 so he has a LOT of puppy traits left and will be a good trainig ground for our pup!!!

Thanks, everyone! I'm getting more excited every minute! As to getting a boy or a girl,  I think we'll probably end up with a boy because there were so many of them (either is great with me)! We'll have to wait and see which pups our beeder is keeping to show - so we won't know for a long time!! I love the pups with a little color on their heads, and the litter doesn't seem to have much. The personality is most important - I just can't wait to meet them!!! |

| Ah yes! Now you begin the long wait until they're old enough to visit! I remember that... pure waiting hell(Don't beleive me, see my posts back in January about Pippin's birth!!!)!!! Congrats on your puppy's birth! It is so very exciting!!!

It has really helped to have Mickey here with us, but he is being adopted on Friday (:banana: ) so we'll have an empty house for a while. Names are KILLING us - I'll have to post another topic on this when we get back from looking at them on Saturday. We found the perfect girl name: Mara. But I'm almost positive we're getting a boy - and those names are elusive . . . I have held off on toys until Mickey leaves - we have been buying him things right now! But I'm definitely looking and shopping all around. I'm hoping to get some good grooming tips/tools from our breeder on Sat, as well. She said she has a good place to order dependable tools at a slightly cheaper price.  |
