May not be around much for the next month or so...

T-ball season has started here, and I'm going to be busy, busy, busy...especially since Jason is going back to the coast in a couple of weeks.

Brandon only has practice once a week since he's on the 3-4 team, but Jake is on the 5-6 yr old team, and he has practice once a week and games twice a week. That goes on until mid-July, and then we have a couple of weeks to relax until Jake starts kindergarten on August 4th. *sniff*

So...if I'm not on very much, it's because I'm going to be a busy, pretty much only parent for a while. I'm not sure I'm ready for this the next 15 or so years, lol I know it's only going to get worse, but the boys love it already. I'm sure that'll make it worthwhile.

Thanks for letting us know!! Sounds like the start of wonderful childhood memories for your boys. I hope you have a perfect summer.
Maybe you can get Jasper to shag balls for you guys! Have fun!
Oh, you'll love it, though it drives you crazy. Go ahead and be a cheerleader Mom. Your boys will remember you were there for them. Have a good summer!

lol, I imagine I will be. I have to make up for two parents. ;) I just wish Jason could be there for them too. He hates that he's missing out on all these memories, guess this is pretty small compared to missing first birthdays (and others), first steps, ultrasounds, etc... in the past though.
Busy, busy, busy! So much fun too though, don't forget to take lots of pics! :)
Sometimes it's hard while you're going thru all these busy times, but kids grow up way too fast so enjoy every minute you can! My son also played baseball for 10 years, and now whenever we drive by a field where younger kids are playing, I comment to Dale - how I miss those days!!

Have fun!
Weren't they going to do martial arts too? I am so dying for picks of him karate chopping and drop kicking other kids!!! You can really tell who has kids and who doesn't on this board.
Enjoy it while they're little!

Yep, Jake has been in it for a while now. His instructor and family are taking a month's vacation to Europe (must be nice), so that'll start back up in a few weeks too, lol That'll be another one hour a week - then swimming lessons after t-ball. Soccer in September. It's never ending! lol Brandon was too young for everything until this year (he's still too young for karate), so it's double the load this time around.
Sounds like you will be driving around a lot.
I know all about it. Billy comes home and has a beer, he will not drive if he even has had only one so I am the offical chauffer. Ryan has afterschool programs two to three days a week and a gymnastics class once a week. Hayley is also in a gym class with me once a week. I get dizzy trying to remember what happens on what day. 8O
Ryan is leaving for the summer in the end of June so I will be able to relax and take a break FINALLY!!! Well that is if Hayley lets me.
Take lots of pictures of the boys for Daddy so he can feel like he is part of it all. You are a wonderful Mom Gail. Enjoy your babies!
Before you know it they will be big kids...like Ryan. 8O
Ahhhh....how fun!! What a good mom you are Gail. It's so great that your boys will get to have all these experiences. Of course, you'll wonder if you can keep your sanity at times, but it will be worth it. Enjoy it! :D
T-ball.................... the good old days!!!!!!!!! Wish I had a nickle for every bleacher this butt has sat on for T ball, little league and teener league!!!!!!!! Studied my way through nursing school at ball games  Have fun, you will be missed!!!
Those WERE the good old days. I too feel "nostalgic" when we drive by the baseball or football field full of kids. I miss them sometimes, then I think back and wonder how I managed it all.

I ditto what everyone else has said, enjoy them while they are young. They do grow up way too fast. These bumps and bruises, Mommy can kiss and make feel all better. When they are older, they won't let ya do it any more.

Enjoy your summer, remember to stay cool. I know it is already way too hot in the South.
