I wanted a cup of minty tea today, and all we have right now is some Sleepy Time from Celestial Seasonings.

While it was steeping, I was browsing the pantry and spotted a sleeve with about 5 Girl Scout Shortbreads in it. I pounced.

The first bite of shortbread was as good as suspected, but when going to wash it down with the tea -- my, what an unpleasant combination! Yuck!

So I had to finish the cookies before having any more tea. Priorities.

Anyone else have a surprising "Well, THIS doesn't go!" moment?
chocolate and coke. They don't go together AT ALL! Yuck!!! You get that funky cola after taste in your mouth and ou go to eat your chocolate and... well it just isn't good. My conodlences on the sleepy time cookie combo. Usually tea and cookies are such nice palate playmates...
Mint gum and diet coke......

Actually mint gum and any drink is a pretty bad combination. Especially orange juice... Twitchy
Pineapple and water.. ICKY! Evil or Very Mad
When I was little and my Grandmother would come to watch us when my parent's went on vacation, she always made us brush our teeth before breakfast. (We always brushed after) So me & my Sis would head downstairs...after we followed Grandma's rule of brushing before. (She always checked too by smelling our breath Rolling Eyes ) The first thing she would have us do is drink Orange Juice. This has got to be the worst taste. It made the Orange Juice taste completely sour like Grapefruit.... YUCK!
Veggie pizza and skimmed milk Shocked

Can I second that? Me and my two ex-husbands also.
Elissa, you have 2 ex husbands? I only thought you had one...interesting...

I'd have to say wine and skittles don't go very well together...
My first marriage I got married at 19...divorced by 21.
Very bad situation!!! I don't really talk about it much.
