Tick bites....will the trips to the vet ever end?

So I was trimming Ava's legs a little this evening and found a red mark on the inside of her leg. It's in the shape of a bulls eye and has a little bump in the middle - I'm suspecting a tick bite? Isn't that rash a sign of lyme's? She has had the vaccination.....I'm going to call the vet in the morning. Any advice?
