total hip replacement surgury

| Our dog has had both hips done now, the last one was done 5 weeks ago. He is only 1 year old, and is doing sooooo well. I highly recommend it to anyone who can afford it. We had insurance luckily. Parker had the non-cement kind done, where the post goes right into the middle of the femur and the bone grows around it to secure it.

| I know there is a really good orthopedic place in Langhorne, PA which I believe is connected to U of Penn. I believe there are a couple of people on this forum who have had this done with a lot of success. Hopefully they will chime in. |
