goota brag- our 1st neighborhood complements

Well, I've gotta brag,

Pippin had his first stop traffic moment!!!! Mike was out in the yard with him yesterday, and someone driving by stopped their car, got out and asked what kind of dog he was :excited: Too bad I was at work and missed it! I was always sooo jealous whenever anybody said this happened to them, but figured I'd never see something like that in my neighborhood... My baby boy proved me wrong though, he steals hearts wherever he goes! The vet loves him, my dad calls him Grand Puppy Pippin, all the neighbors think he's adorable, the people in puppy class always complement me on him. In fact last night when we were out putting in the apple trees and the nieghbor across the street that I've never talked to came over to say how adorable she though Pippin was, and how well behaved... Boy does he have HER fooled... my dog, the counter surfing, chicken finger stealing boy well behaved? Well maybe if she says that, it makes it true?

It's true...it's true! Everyone loves puppies, but especially a sheepie puppy! They are so cute and fluffy. One night we went for a walk and EVERYONE came out of the woodwork. It's like they were all looking out the window or something.
They're definitely attention stealers!! Enjoy!!
How can anyone resist the Pipster? Small(kinda), fluffy(definately), and cute(totally).....He is smart! Any dog that can babygate climb is pretty smart.....and you can tell people that he is working on his mountain climbing skills.......
yeah Pippin....

Nothing cuter than a OES puppy!!!! it's the bum.
:D
Better get used to it, it's the first of many compliments he'll get :D
Yep, you don't get far when you take them for walkies either, sometimes I feel like handing out fact sheets  What I find so funny is that Ollie gets stopped all the time, but no one ever says hi to the human LOL
YAYYYYYYYYYYY for having Sheepies!
Yep :) first of many..... I find they get noticed more as adults, whether they are in full coat or not.

Lol, I know! I think the attention that they get is great but sometimes, and I feel awful for saying this, but I don't feel like answering questions! Most of the time it's fun but sometimes I just go into question overload, like if we go to the park a few days in a row and different people are there, but they all have the same questions that I answered the day before. It's so much worse now that I have Bear since I have to be a spokesperson for both breeds!
Maybe we can get those vests that the service dogs have and embroider the dog's Breed Name on the side
Then I wouldn't have to talk to anyone
Last night we had a random neighborhood walker come up to Pip and I during potties to say Hi. Pip was in HEAVEN! He loves to meet new people. He told me that He and his wife hd been over to Scotland and seen OESs doing herding work in the fields over there! How cool is that???
It MUST be time for more pictures

Welcome to our world!! Try being at a show where you're running behind, brushing like mad and 10 people in a row come up and ask you which end is the head?

Hah hah, it wasn't funny the first time. Just smile and tell them you don't speak English!

Hee-hee I completely agree - it could be the start of a new fad . . .
We had a lady and her boxer stop the other day (we have a TON of dogs in our neighborhood) and she asked me "can he come see your dog?" I thought, sure, send the dog over - you stay there :D
