NUTS?!

Sorry guys, it seems like there was a topic on this before but I can not find it. My family went to the beach over spring break and one of the sweet extravagants were fresh nuts. I am in North Carolina and we have fresh home grown nuts on the way to the beach at a great price and delicious!! Anyway, so I brought back a bunch of roasted nuts and nut brittle. Here is the thing snicky quite Lucy has got into them while we were not looking. Is it OK for Sheep dogs to eat peanuts?

As long as the peanuts were OK, then yes, they'll probably just pass right through and you'll see them in a day ;)

If the peanuts were rotten, they can be a source of aflatoxin, which is bad for people, but very bad for dogs.
So if the peanuts were fresh then she is OK? That is what you are saying right? Good, I think. They were only at most a few weeks old. They got kinda of soggy but not bad. They certainly were fresher then any grocery store would have. She sure liked them a lot!

Thanks that makes me feel better!
