Weight loss check-in, week of 4/4

Lost 1.4 pounds for a total of 8. That's a pound a week which is a good rate. I'm discovering I can't eat as much as before plus I'm losing my cravings for foods like fries. I still like them though!

Now I need to start working on quitting smoking again. My old habit has slowly crept back into my life.
