The Pipster had his first (official) bath at home last night! He was such a good boy- I think made more of a spectacle ofmyself then anything else 
I wanted it to be a fun time, so I put on my bathing suit, (I knew getting soaked would be inevitable- so I just gave in at the get go) took him into the bathroom, and turned on the shower. He came trotting right into the stall after me, and we proceeded to get all soaked and soapy- all the time I'm singing him made up shower songs to keep him calm and happy. He only whined a little when he got really wet, and again when I had to pick him up to rinse off his belly! What a good boy  I do think we somehow managed to get more water on the bathroom floor, then went down the drain.
It then took 4 towels, and 30 minutes with a hairdryer to get him mostly dry again. But he's all clean and fresh smelling this morning, and no more poopy butt  I took some pictures, but the camera is stil at home... i'll upload them this evening |

| The baby baths are fun especially since they're so much easier to manuver! Clyde used to get so exhausted that he'd fall asleep in my lap during the blow dry. Bear did the same thing last week-- only he definitely wasn't as easy! |
Bear feel asleep in your lap?? That won't last.
Or he just fell asleep..........geez, I wish my guys would, they just want to split and find a way out the door and back into the dirt. |

The bath itself took almost 2 hours so he was beat! I think both my guys like the sound and the blowing air because we sleep with a loud fan on every night. Bear and Clyde like the wind in their hair. |

Just checked to see if your photos were up but not yet. I loved looking at the others however...what a cute little Munchkin he is!! sigh a puppy! I can look at them all day!

Sorry about the pics- we had such a ridiculously busy weekend, and the digital camera has gone MIA!
Pippin pretty much wiped right out as soon as we were done in the bathroom. I was brushing him out on the floor, and he just plopped right down in my lap for a snooze! Poor baby, it's so tough being beautiful!!! |
| Woo hoo, glad he loved his first bath. It makes all the difference in the world when they love their baths. Jasper will jump right in the bathtub and wait on his! lol |
Ok! Well it took me a while, but here are finally some pics of Pippin post bath! Note that he is mostly dry, as this is post towel and blowdryer.
the firts thingPippin did after getting dried off was to plop down in my lap and take a nap!
Excuse my legs- I'm still in my swimsuit, and I've got the MN winter white look going on!
 Nice and clean... but still a little moist!!!
