Calming trick for Grooming a puppy!
I came up with this idea after I read a suggestion of doing this to distact a puppy from being lonely while you are gone. The idea is that it takes so much time for them to get the peanut butter out that they do not even realize you are gone. I would appreciate any pro or con comments on this  |

Sounds like a winner! 
You are right about it getting on their fore arms and such. Abbi always licks off the peanutbutter on hr tongue onto her forearmes and then licks her forearms for a while trying to get it back off her hair. But it wipes and combs out later. Another trick is to take them for a long walk first. Then give them some water and a treat, while you work from back to front. Poor Abbi was shaved yesterday and will not have to worry about grooing for a while though  . |
