Zeppole for St Joseph's Day

St Joseph's Day is March 19. A tasty tradition is Zeppole-
a riccotta cheese or custard filled pastry. It is an Italian tradition from Naples.

Mmmmm... I miss zeppoles. They're definitely an East Coast thing, in the NY/NJ area you could always get them at church festivals. We used to go to the San Giuseppe festival in Manhattan and have hot sugary zeppoles.
Never heard of them! But they sure look yummy!
