This week I gained 1.2 pounds. I'm not disappointed since I lost 3.6 last week which I thought was pretty extreme. So I'm still down 6 pounds. Plus I know I'm retaining fluids. I took my measurements at the beginning of the weight loss lifestyle and again over the weekend and will do this monthly. I've lost an inch from my waist! I'm wearing a skirt that didn't fit a few months ago. I want to celebrate by eating a bag of chips tonight but I won't. |
