Okay, How do you adulterate your Hash Browns

For me it is definitely covered, smothered, covered chunked and topped or with A1 Steak Sauce. For those of you not familiar with the Waffle House (or awful waffle as my kids call it) That would be with onions, ham, chili and cheese. I also like to make these at home, not just a Waffle House treat. Sounds delicious, wonder how the hubby feels about breakfast for supper tonight?

:D Thanks!

I have to say though my grandpa's hashbrowns need..nothing. But I'll add ketchup to anyone elses. I also like to eat them mixed with my scrambled eggs.

Actually, breakfast for dinner sounds really good...
Waffle House!

We don't have them around heah, but on 95 south of Richmond, VA... :D

Covered, scattered, chunked, diced, burned, licked and served. Oh wait, that's the menu around here, if you leave them within a tongue's reach.
Onions, salt and ketchup. LOL
Ketchup, salt and lots of pepper. And they must be a bit burnt.
Shredded potatoe hasbrown...can't stand them, haven't found a place to make the starch taste go away. But hubby LOVES them this way.

However cubed or diced...LOVE them. Esp when they are served as a meal with sausage, scrambled eggs, tomato, cheese, onions, green pepper....hmmmm....

My kids hate potatoes, but love french fries.

We're gonna have breakfast for supper too. YUM
don't care to much for hash browns, but love home fries
very very well done..almost burnt..with a lot of salt!

I love the waffle house. I ate there everyday when I was in Atlanta. I love it.
Onions, carmelized, mixed with the potato. Well cooked, very crisy on the outside. Ketsup served on the side, or better yet, green chile sauce.
Cooked with onions, green peppers, red pepper flakes and then topped with sour cream....mmmmmm good :)
cheddar cheese and ketchup
