Head butting

The past few days when I've been sitting on the couch watching tv Barney has come up to me and just whacked me with the side of his head. He'll walk up and swing his head over and bump me! And he's not gentle about it. Then he'll back up, look at me, and then do it over again. Is this just for attention? He doesn't need to go out...and I'll usually have just petted him...

Ben does the same thing although it is followed by a playfull growl/bark!

I know that, that is when he just really feels the need for a special treat or belly rub! :D

Silly Sheepies!
Umm, it's called the SMASH, Steph-- everyone's doing it. Well, Clyde is at least...
Yes Steph..Panda butts heads too...part sheepdog, part ram....
Jack just did that and now I'm 1 handing it....other hand on Jack. Not so subtle, "Hey!"
Blue does that all the time when he wants attention. He'll also pick up one of his toys, carry it over, and hit me with it. If that doesn't work, he'll just sort of chomp on it in my lap until I respond in some way. Sheepies are certainly not subtle.
That is why I call mine "Butt Heads"
yep boo.s the same either the head butt or the crazy nudge to your hand or arm for attention.
 He want your attention, I think he is jealous of the TV
My do that if I´m cudling with the lhasa
:D Willoughby will paw my arm when I'm watching TV or reading. He'll also put his head in my lap and as a final attempt to get my attention, he'll ask me to hold his bone while he chews it. He sort of pokes at me with his head as well, especially if I have one ofthe cats on my lap. If I don't respond, he gives a small growly woof!
Bosley butts me all the time, as if he can't see me and tries to walk right through me. Dixie is more polite, and doesn't do the ramming, but always trying to climb into my lap when I am on the computer. She just shoves the swivel chair over, with me in it 8O
Sasha's a "butter" too. She doesn't have a subtle bone in her body. She favors the head flop on lap the most, accompanied with the "I am the saddest sheepie ever" eyes. Anything to be the center of attention at ALL times. LOL
Yesterday Beau jumped up while I was putting on my coat and smacked me with his nose (full force) on my jaw (seriously, I thought he broke my jaw) it's still sore today.

I guess he didn't want me to go to work, OR he wanted to go to the Dog Park. It's only 8 degrees here in Michigan!
