We were on the streets of Philly, with Frank as a puppy, and met Terry Gross (who is about 4ft tall) who bent down and petted Frank. She asked if he was going to get big? I was dying to say that he would be bigger than her when he grows up.  |
| People laugh at Barkley and I all the time. I am only 4 Ft 11 and I weigh 106. At 9 months he already weighs 86 pounds. When I tell people he is only 9 months old they say "that dog is gonna be bigger than you. What are you gonna do with a dog that big?" I just laugh and tell them I'm going to ride him around like a pony! |
| They just reviewed a book a couple weeks ago that I am DYING to read by Deborah Tannen "Youre Wearing That?". She is a linguist who exams the converstions between mothers and daughters!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

That book sounds awesome, is it in the secular market, not that there is nything worng with that, i was just wondering. Mom and i don't connect very well, maybe this will give me a new lookon things, ya know help to open up a few closed doors
