| LOL Susan....hahaha winter!!!???? Does the smog overcast count as anything? Did you get the foot massage???? and more importantly what did you have for dinner? I love the lemon rice soup and of course lamb in a tomato sauce...yummy! |
| Gee, Darcy, I didn't notice the smog falling onto anything last week (yes, I snuck in and out again.......hard to get away). It was awfully dry coming down 17............once I got out of Flagstaff's horizontal snow storm and jacknifed trucks all over the place.
As for dinner, hmm, let's see.........a to die for crab and artichoke dip (that was a meal there). Domades (stuffed grape leaves), Hortyatiki salad (just veggies, no lettuce), braised lamb shank in tomato sauce, rice pilaf, braised veggies and dessert for hubby (choc mousse...not quite Greek, LOL) They had all the proper Greek desserts but I just wasn't in the mood. Wines for the appetizer and main course, but no ouzo or metaxa as I was the driver, my husband can't drive at night. Restaurant owner and I go to same church........I'm sure if he had seen me there I could have talked him into a freebie drink, but as I said, I was driving. And..........  .....no foot rub. Maybe tonight |
