Annie opened holiday gifts early

:) Annie helped herself to her holiday presents while I was at work yesterday. I had put 2 toys in a plastic bag from Pet Supply Plus and loosely tied the bag. One of the toys was a stuffed canvas toy in the shape of the bone. I have had this toy under the tree for the last few weeks because I liked the festive color (red & cream). Annie didn't even acknowledge it for 2 wks. The other toy was the third of it's kind that I purchased from Pet Supply Plus (uprights ruined previous ones playing tug-o-war). It's soft and multicolored. The only way I can describe the shape is similar to a baby pacifier with one end that a human can hold on to. Well, I came home to find the "pacifier" toy in the middle of the living room, the receipt underneath the window, and the plastic bag and bone shaped toy still under the tree. I guess I know which present she doesn't like! So along with rubber toys, Annie doesn't like canvas either. All I could do was laugh! She's such a curious clown!

HAHAHAHAHAHA!! :D
Isn't it funny how they know exactly what belongs to them? I wrapped a million presents, but when I was wrapping the Christmas iQube for Bailey, he was going nuts! He just knew it was for him. And he also found the red and white rope toy that I bought for him and had stuck in the closet. But it's been put away again, he'll just have to wait like the rest of us :D
I love it!!! :D

I still have a christmas tin that my beloved Bart pryed open to get at the dog treats that Grandma sent him! It makes me laugh every year!

Did you let her keep them and go buy more toys to put under the tree?
Lol. That's why ours are in the basement, otherwise known as the scariest place on earth to the dogs!
Even though there are a ton of presents for different dogs under the tree, Toby was able to find his new toy. His was all the way in the back and he did it while the tree was on and rotating!
He's a freak of nature.
Hee hee! I do have more toys for her. One of which I gave her when I came home (a new plush teddy bear) and a pressed rawhide bone. Grandma has one of those cubes to put pb or cheese spread in. Hope she'll spend more some time with it. I also purchased some plush Hanukkah toys from Amazon.com. I'll wrap and put in the closet this time. :)
That is too funny....lol.....
I can't wait to see my cat get his gifts. Winston is 6 years old and he loves xmas like any other "kid"
He is so much like one of my children, he loves to be right in the middle of things and xmas morning he wants his opened first. He always gets treats, a new soft red suede collar, and his favorite toys, pipe cleaners... We twist them up for him and toss, he is never happier than when he has a bouncy pipe cleaner to chase. LOL
Oh Annie, you just could not wait could you! LOL
Well sure guys! If my present was kept in a warehouse filled with chocolate, shipped with the chocolate, and I had my doggie's smelling ability, I'd be able to find it too.

Today my guys got their giant femur bones from the butcher. Now that they are all chewed clean, I'm sure the sheriff will wonder what animal we slaughtered in the yard.........truly a bone yard.

And I have 6 stinky beards and paws to wash.
