one bag frozen hash browns
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 stick butter, melted
2 Tbls. onion powder
2 cups shredded sharp chedder cheese
Microwave hash browns for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
In large bowl mix everything but hash browns
When mixed, stir in hash browns
Place mixture in 9 x 13 baking dish
Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees

|If you don't like mushrooms you can substitute cream of celery soup. Once it is all mixed up you really can't tell.
You can also just dice up fresh potatoes if you want.
