I subscribe to the Kraft "What's Cooking Magazne".. It's free and you get the magazine 4 times a year. Here are two very easy receips from Kraft that I made this week.

Marvelous Mini Meatloaves

1lb of Extra Lean ground beef
1 box of Stove Top Stuffing
1 Cup of Water

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Mix beef, stuffing and water together until well blended.
Press into 8 muffing cups srayed with cooking spray, make an indentation (well) in the centre of each with spoon. Spoon the salsa into the wells of each meatloaf.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, add grated cheddar cheese the last five minutes.

I had this with mashed potatoes and veggies.. it was some yummy.. better the second day.

Stuffing/Egg Muffins

Prepare 1 box of Stove Top Stuffing as directed on the box. Press into 8 muffing cups srayed with cooking spray, make an indentation (well) in the centre of each with spoon. Crack an egg and put in the well of the muffin. Top with bacon bits and cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10-15 minutes.. depending on how you like your eggs.

These are very very good and filling.

Here is the link to Kraft... check it out and sign up there are some very very good receips.. simple and fast but, very yummy.

those do sound easy and good!
Ive made the meatloaf one with stove top...lol..I didnt know it was in a recipe....I just ran out of bread crumbs and saw the stove top in the pantry....it actually worked really well. Just dont use the whole bag...and follow your own meatloaf recipe the same...eggs etc....
I also subscribe to that. I tried the meatloaf one almost a year ago and my family and I personally weren't big fans of it. I loved the idea of making mini meatloafs though. MOST of the recipes I try though are outstanding! I love that magazine.
