Not meatloaf, but Stuffed Hamburger

My husband will absolutely, positively not eat meatloaf. So I came up with an alternative. It's practically meatloaf, but we don't call it that.

I season my hamburger meat with worchestshire, salt, pepper, Tony Cacheres and whatever else I can find and mix. I then pat the largest portion of meat out and make a "bowl". I then add jalapeno peppers, mushrooms and shredded cheese. I use the remainder of the hamburger meat to cover and then bake.

You can of course mix this all together and bake, but the cheese makes a real mess that way.

Not sure if that made since or not.

What do you call it?
I WOULD call it stuffed meatloaf, but no way would the hubby eat it. I call it stuffed hamburger instead. I have also done these in individual servings like hamburger steak, pretty good that way too.
I remember the Galloping Gourmet making little meatballs around pimento stuffed olives.

You could be very creative here, ham surrounding cheese then surround with the ground beef. Actually, that's the way a local restaurant serves its "HAMburger."
