Haven't been on lately b/c we are expecting a baby.

Hi everyone! I feel so behind. It has been about 2 months since I have been on here. My hubby and I found out Memorial Day weekend that we are expecting a human puppy and now that I am in my second trimester, I feel it is safe to share. Winston, our OES puppy will be 6 mos. on the 11th and is teething. So now I am hoping to have him through puppy stages and ready to go in January when we welcome the newest member to our pack. :D

Congratulations! :) And welcome back!
AWESOME, that is so cool! When are you due because I am also due in Jan?? :) ...or did I read what you wrote wrong? :)
Joahaeyo- January 27th currently. Dr moved it up from Feb 2nd at my last visit. So I went from 12 1/2 wks to 14 instantly...lol.

I get on babyfit.com a lot, you? brandee79 there.
Congrats again!!! I'm so glad you made it to the 2nd trimester :)

I use http://www.happyhealthypregnancy.com/sh ... oards.aspx

I find them to be extremely informative (most of them are on their 2nd or 3rd kid) and I'm quite addicted. I use the same username.

Maybe I'll have mine late and you'll have yours early ...and we'll both share our delivery story the same time. hehehe
Yeah, another baby!!!!! Just to remind all of you preggers out there.....you must post pictures, because us non-people parents still like to look at cute chubby babies....if only they had smell-oes...good johnson baby smells....sigh.. :D

Congratulations!!!!!!!
Congrats! :D :D

Colleen and Gucci George
Yeah!! More baby bellies! Congratulations!!!
Karen
Congratulations!!! Makes me a little sad seeing people due in January - that means it's almost my little guy's 3rd birthday! lol Enjoy your pregnancies - they really go by too fast!
Congratulations! What a special time this is for you! Can't wait to see pictures!

Between you and Joahaeyo and Elissa, you guys will have to keep me in baby pictures until my own grandchildren come!

Chris
Congratulations on your pregnancy. I hope all goes well for you. I know what Gail means, my "baby" will be 20 on January 23. Guess he's not much of a baby anymore, huh?
Congratulations! It's so exciting waiting for the baby to come! My sister is due in 9 1/2 weeks and I can hardly wait to become an Auntie again! :D I'm already talking to him all the time. "Connor, it's your aunt Tammy....when you get out of there we're going to have so much fun. You don't know it yet, but I'm going to spoil you rotten." :D
Congrats :D
You due date also made me kinda sad. My daughter was born on January 27th of the this year.... So hearing it again means that in less that 6 mos she's going to be 1. It's just going way too fast.
Gail did you say enjoy your pregnancy? They only thing I enjoyed about my pregnancy was not having my period. Other than that both of mine were awful. I was never sick...just very very uncomfortable.

Elissa
Congrats BP!
Hey, by any chance do you take Winston to Canine to Five?

LOL...I LOVE being pregnant (probably why I had 3 babies in 3 years - 2000, 2001, 2002 :) ), but I was very sick. I had terrible morning sickness (all day sickness) with my first two. I lost 20 lbs the first 4 months with both of them. I'm petite anyway, so I really didn't have the 20 lbs to lose. There's nothing better than those kicks, hiccups, hearing the heartbeat, ultrasounds, etc... though. I'm always so paranoid now after they're born (our daughter passed away and both my sons were NICU babies), so I can't relax and enjoy them as newborns. I never had a reason to worry about pregnancies (until I had a miscarriage this past January), so they were always fun for me. I think my husband & I are finished having children of our own...considering adopting a child in a couple of years, so I'm sad that I'll probably never get to experience it again. I'm only 26 though, so I'm still hoping there'll be another in the future. :) I'd love to have a huge family, but since I can only have c-sections, that's just not in the cards for us.
Gail- you made me smile! I'm 26 too, and hubby and I have just begun to think about having our 1st! Don't worry- we've both got plenty of time still!!! Meanwhile enjoy those precious boys of yours! (2 is a good number though- I'm the eldest of 2!)

Karen :)
:clappurple: Congratulations, we love new babies here...both kinds.
Thank you everyone...your all very kind. I will be posting new pics of my boys next weekend as Winston will be 6 mos on friday. Yeah he's growing up and teething to boot. Lost another today and bleed all over my beagle who was cleaning up the blood after trying to get the tooth from me. So far I have saved 4 puppy teeth :D

Barney1- I have never heard of Canine to Five so I am going to think not.

BP-Just hoping! Everyone else seems to be meeting new sheepie friends to go to the park with and when I went to pick up Barney from the doggie daycare place there was another sheepdog there named Winston. And, I know that Virginia is a big place, but I was hoping it would be a dog I 'knew'!
Your in Richmond! I am in Louisa, about an hour from there. We actually picked our Winston up from Richmond International 4 mos ago come Sunday. Thats crazy! Maybe we can meet sometime. Winston could use a sheepy friend to go with his beagle buddy.
Congratulations!! Babies are so wonderful. So is being pregnant. I loved every minute of it too. (well almost, could have done without the morning sickness, but it goes with the territory.)
So do we get to start picking out baby names?
If it's a boy, we have already decided on a name. As for girl names, I haven't given it much thought. Will find out in two months if we need to come up with another name or not.

Thankfully I haven't had the morning sickness. Just nauseous in the first trimester and I am still way too tired. Can't seem to beat that. Otherwise I think baby and I are doing good so far. We'll be 16 wks on Friday!
BP-
Yeah--Louisa's close! That would be fun. We picked up Barney from Richmond Intl airport about 5 months ago! How funny if there happened to be 2 traveling sheepies at the same time!
Barney loves to play with other dogs. Ever since we had to leave him at teh doggie daycare for 2 weeks while we got married, he is just crazy for other dog friends. Maybe once the weather cools down a little we could meet up?! (Sorry, I'm not from VA, so this heat and humidity just KILLS me. I have become an indoor sort of girl--very different than the beach going, outdoor loving girl before I moved here!)
Since getting pregnant and quitting smoking, I have been indoors myself. The heat just makes me more tired I think. Getting together when it gets cooler out would be awesome. Congratulations on getting married. My hubby and I will have our 2nd anniversary next month.
congrats bp im also pregant but due on the 27th november
3 members pregnant?! My goodness- Did someone put something in the water? Is someone sending out fertility computer waves?! Maybe I should be sitting farther away from the computer???? Congrats to all of our soon-to-be mommies and their families!!!

Karen :)
Sorry Karen.... It was me! I admit it.
After I had Hayley and posted the pictures everyone started getting pregnant...So I will taken the blame :D
Elissa
lol whatever it is, I guess it worked for me this time around. I think I was just waiting for my friends to get good and pregnant. As soon as I found out they were having theirs:)

16 wks today, back hurts and could definitely use a nap!
