Moving

Finally we have moved house!!! :cheer: :clappurple:
Its not quite finished but we need to spend the next 3 weeks madly getting the old house ready for auction. :twitch:
My life has been crazy busy with a new full on job and renovating two houses since Feb this year. I'm so looking forward to selling our old place and having some free time.

Everyone has settled in well.
Our new place is two story and it took Bebe a while to get used to the stairs. They're hard wood and a bit slippy.
Going down the stairs she is still a little tentative but that's good, less chance she'll fall.

Her latest trick is to bound up them, pass me at the half way mark and stand cross ways on the fourth step from the top so that I can't get up. I don't know what her idea is...maybe she thinks I shouldn't go anywhere near HER bed.

Congratulations on your new home. You have been busy since Feb so I am sure you'll be very happy to be settled and able to relax.

Has Bebe got a yard to romp in?

Look forward to hearing more from you.
Congratulations! As for the stairs, we just put carpet on ours. Oldie girl Virginia was getting a bit slippy on the hardwood. Can't wait to hear all about the new job and house! Details!!
The new house has a small courtyard just like the old one.
But we have a large garden and two small parks within two blocks of the house so Bebe is enjoying lots of walks. :D

She is completely obsessed with chasing birds though, her brain completely shuts down. :excited:
There are large flocks of pigeons and seagulls in the gardens not to mention possums all over so we haven't been letting her off as none of the parks are fenced.
There aren't really many fenced dog parks in Aus.
This is our new front yard though, its one block to the south of our front door
The Carlton gardens. We are very appreciative of the city council for ensuring that the gardeners keep it looking its best
We walk there every morning and often in the evening as well.

Kim my new job is still with the same organisation but I'm working half time as Acting Executive Officer for the Pod Board and half time with a small policy team that runs the projects to create cross-professional policy for varying combinations of the 14 Boards.
I'm super busy as you can imagine. :twitch:
When have you not been super busy! Luckily you have those royal gardens to walk in, to calm that busy brain. What a lovely place to go for a walk!
Bebe sounds like she is adjusting and making the space her own 8)
