Three lakes Old English Sheepdogs

I have gone through may threads and have not seen this breeder come up. She advertises that the parents are tested and has their results on the site but is not on the oesca site. (I have contacted a few of those as well). Everything seems very good from what I can see I just wanted to see if anyone had experience with Three lakes.

The breeders name is Diane Hoelting. My husband and I are seriously considering this breeder but we are looking into Saxen Farms. I know Elaine Saxen is on the oesca website but I haven't seen her kennel or home or many photos which makes me nervous because we have just communicated through email. I am not sure if that is typical

Saxen Farms is a good breeder. I have known Elaine for many years. She has lots of experience in the breed.

Thanks, yea she definitely seems like she is wouldnt breed an unhealthy dog. Its just been intimidating contacting breeders and asking questions. Like I dont want anyone to feel like I am trying to be all up in their business or like I am distrustful!

No, you need to ask questions. The people I don't sell my puppies to are the ones who don't ask many questions.
A good breeder will want a potential home for their dogs to be asking these questions! In fact, they are looking for their potential owners to ask them- it's in your favor for you to grill them!!! If a breeder gives you a hard time for asking these sorts of things, then I would view that as a red flag!
I spoke with Diane while looking for my puppy and she was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I would love to have a puppy from her someday. She referred me to someone else who was closer and had pups available and that's how we got our Fred.
