It's raining

I'm in the Chicago suburbs and it's in the 50s and pouring rain. A little while ago it was thundering. Not exactly a white Christmas!

Well, in the Minneapolis area, first it was raining and for the last couple hours it's snowing. It would be nice to see more sunshine since the weather has mostly been rain, damp cold and overcast for weeks. Don't care if I ever see snow. Would much rather have sunny and 70. :) What I really don't like about the rain is the mud on 8 paws every time they go in and out. They like wearing their coats but when they really gotta go, no time to get all 8 boots on!!!! I just tell people the paw prints on the kitchen floor are the design in the ceramic tiles.
We're in the Rockford area and we have two eight month old puppies (gsd & oes) who love to puddle jump in the rainy weather. Our oes puppy enters the house wearing a muddy beard and "shoes" which leave paw prints all over our wood floors. There's no hiding that...steam mopping has been a daily chore with this weather...
:lmt: It's been raining and blowing in many days in Oslo.
Christmas eve even more than ever (no white X-mas this year)
- however today the sun is shining and Joy and I am on Our way out for a X-mas walk.

Strange weather - in parts of our country all the rekords for rain has been broken.
My guess, it's growing flippers on the toes of people living at the west coast of Norway.

 Life has been nice indoors though! :tree: :santa:
It was in the 70's here for Christmas. And for a few days before it. Having the AC on for Christmas is just not right! No fires in the fireplace. Har to enjoy sweaters.d
We are getting a freeze the middle of the week. :( Too late.
We had 86F here yesterday, but we are in Florida. It was warm for us too. My Lemon Tree is in full bloom today and I see my Orange tree should be blooming tomorrow. I love the smell of orange blossoms, so I hope it's cool enough to turn off the a/c and open the windows for a while to enjoy natures perfume if only for a little while.

We are in the dry season until June 1st, so have to keep an eye out for brush fires.

Enjoy your snow when you finally get some.
