Largest Puppy in Litter

Does the largest pup out of a litter mean it's the most dominant and will have an independent personality? I was told that but wanted to get other people's opinions.

LOL! Not always! Initially probably but when they are walking about and chewing on each other, one may emerge with special attitude.
Mickey Finn was the largest of his litter and the first born and in the last 5 months I've not notice that part of his personality. Of course he has 3 other dogs here that are older than him and that might mean the difference, but that would be pack order not birth weight or birth order.
