natural balance vs nutronatural lamb and rice for a puppy

Hi My name is Ellen and I have a 15 week old male OES named Jessy. I am trying to find a good food for him. The breeder had him on Diamond. I was not happy with the info on this food. How are the two foods that I mentioned. Please advise me. I am new to the forum and would love to chat

Hi Ellen and Jessy. A good site is http://www.dogfoodadvisor.com/ to read about the different brands, what the ingredients are exactly. Animal digest, yuck.........animal by-products, yuck.... Just knowing about the ingredients and if they are good or not for your pup will help you make a good decision. I did know what a lot of these ingredients were until I started reading about them. I was really surprised they could put some of the stuff in the dog food. There are also a lot of great topics and info on this forum. Good luck and happy reading.
We have feed our last 3 sheepies on James Wellbeloved-states no beaks, feathers or feet in meal. There are fors and againsts for lots of makes-in general the dearer the better but then Fish for dogs is expensive brand but we found not so good ingrediants. There are so many to choose from now adays.x
