| If I lived closer I'd be making frequent visits to your puppy-haven. Adorable fur-babies and GREAT you've got thin in-home trainer to train everyone; 2 and 4 pawed. We expect many photos of the fur-babies........I'd like to see more of the black faced curly one and being an StB fan, that soulful "short hair"...in comparison to the others......... And of course, lots of sheepie puppy pictures! Welcome! I hope your upright kids' names don't start with S, would sound like a snake hissing with all the SSSSSSSSSSSSSSes at your place. |

| No, no more SSSSS's in the house! It started innocently enough with the Skye blue eyes and she came on an airplane in the "Skye." Then oh how cute Sunny Skye that is so much better than a cloudy one I'm sure we can all agree on that! He is a boy and it fit his personality he is a happy bouncy critter sooo well then I wasn't going to name my new fluff of cotton something that started with a Z or something gloomy and my kids actually came up with it...I guess it's a superhero thing! Also a shade of gray so it worked for me. Thank you for your wonderful compliments, I feel so welcome! OES aren't a common thing where I live. He is the only "client" at my vet. He despised the healthy treats I bought him so I took him to the pet store to taste test them until we found one he liked and when we walked in all the workers dropped everything and came running! One almost set him on the nasty floor I thought I was going to have a stroke! I can't remember if that's even safe yet! I don't make a habit of taking my dogs to the pet store it kinda sicks me out. Anyway, the vet said she hasn't seen one in 10 yrs. |

| Yes Brenda Sonny is the Labradoodle! He is a blue merle with 1 1/2 blue eyes. He actually looks like a curly black dog who got in a fight with a bag of flour! His skin and tongue are all splotchy and polka dotted also I love it! He looks like a backwards Steel in a way. He is very well trained - both my older dogs are but since he just turned 2 he is starting to exhibit some puppy behaviors again and I'm having to reinforce a few things I hadn't counted on! O.k. buddy did you really think it was o.k. to have that shoe in your mouth?! Haven't we already been through this? Yes, I thought so!!! Yes, Steel came from W. Virginia. It is a breeder friend of Sonny's breeder. I had stalked her site for 2 years. All dogs tested and just stunning. Yes, a wait list but so. 3 kids and 2 dogs already...I was in no rush. My personality as a dog owner dictates a very specific type of breed if success is to be achieved in my home. I am on the meek side.... Dogs sleep in my bed, are allowed on furniture, I do NEED kisses on the lips, I love when my dogs jump on me when I walk in the door to greet me. I can't exactly get a dog with a large tendency to bite or be grumpy. This is where the in home trainer comes in and is a must!!! She has taught me plenty! There is a happy medium and the training doesn't stop after she leaves. As long as I spend a few minutes every day re-affirming my alpha status I can still break some of the rules. Back to the breeder...She is amazing! Pics, videos, emails, phone calls. Still is happy to hear from me and you've got to know she is busy! His vet check was perfect. I really can't say enough great about her! Oh and she gave me a collar and 4 leashes. A bag full of brand new toys, chew treats, his dog food and a bro/sis smelly blanket. I absolutely cannnnot wait until his face looks like yours! Her face is just killing me! Right now Steel is latching his puppy teeth onto Sonny's beard and hanging off it so every time I try to grab his beard to kiss him it's soaking wet! He and Sonny are having a ball but I'm missing my beard kisses! I need hair on the sides to hold onto! |
