Yes, please post pictures for those of us who can't go and are not friends on Facebook, it's fun to see the pictures.
just got home.. pics will be up in a few days! It was a great time!
Again I wanted to thank everyone for making us feel so welcome up there. It was well worth the drive to see all the pups and to see the joy in Daisy, Auggies, & Maggies faces. A bunch of people in our North Carolina group are looking forward to trekking up there with us in 2016. I posted a bunch of pictures over on my blog and you are more than welcome to copy any that you want.

Thank you again for attending, Daisy, Auggie and Maggie were so sweet!! And, lets face it, even if they have never been to a Sheepiepalooza before, NO sheepie is a stranger to another sheepie!!!!

Great photos, Tom!! You really captured the action ones!!!
Hi Val,
Been looking at the pics on FB. Really liked the ones of the memorial balloon release.
Is there any chance anyone got video of that? Would love to see video.
Mark,

Unfortunately, no one took a video. Since it was a 'first' for us, we weren't sure of how it would turn out and, to be honest, many of us were pretty emotional during the whole thing.

I stood up and said some things...things that were in my heart and soul, things that I felt any of us who had ever lost a sheepie (or anyone, for that matter,) would be feeling.

Nita was kind enough to read a very touching poem. It was very hard for her since she just lost Nelson.

I read a poem that touched my heart. Again, not an easy thing for me either.

Then we went into the side field and released the balloons and watched them fly to our furbabies at Rainbow Bridge, with tears in all of our eyes.

It was sad,,tearful yet somehow comforting.....

but.... I hope it made everyone feel that their sorrow, grief and loss are also everyone elses sorrow, grief and loss, because we are family...sheepie-family and if one sheepie crosses the bridge, it affects ALL of us.

No one is alone when this happens...we are all here to support, comfort and love......

Tom it was great to meet you too!

I really want to thank you for capturing pictures of my boys in action at the picnic. Now of I have one of Harry during his winning agility sprint. And I didn't even have time to watch my boys play. I just threw them in the play area while I picked up the Sheepie Games, so it was great to see that Bert had a lot of fun playing with the other dogs.

Never knowing how long we get with these guys here on earth, these pictures capture my most treasured memories. And it is rare that I get pictures taken during an event as busy as this. Thank you again.
Like Judy - thanks so much for capturing some fun pictures of everyone!!! There were a couple with my guys and I really appreciate it. :)
We had SOOOOOOO much fun! It was great to finally meet so many people face-to-face (and for Benson to meet so many sheepies nose-to-wigglebum  )

I'm sifting through the pictures we took (and loving the pics from everyone else!) and hope to have them posted this afternoon.

Thanks again for making us feel so welcome. We can't wait until 2016!

:wag:
I've uploaded a whole slew of pictures to the Sheepiepalooza 2014 album. I won't post them all here, but I did like this one in particular:

Such GREAT photos, Tom! I almost feel like I was there. I miss not going. We always enjoyed it so much! It sure looks like everyone had a good time and as usual, the St. Louis OES club did an outstanding job pulling it all together. :clappurple:

I'm just thrilled we've got such great representation now from North Carolina!! Our little TOESR group is growing and growing!! Hurray for sheepie love!! :ghug:

Now...I'm going to go ahead and warn y'all that I'm going to do my best to lure you all south for the 2016 Nationals, as well. So get prepared to be charmed and cajoled.
Anyone up for some video? I have about 20 minutes of video from the Sheepie Games on Saturday up on my Vimeo account.
