Birthdays...Chewie is 8!

It's not a landmark birthday, however it truly tells me we aren't in puppyhood, not really entering middle age either. It hits home that I have a mature dog, and I can't take for granted all the crazy activities we have done for years and years. I am loving every day, every event we participate in more than ever with this wonderful dog of mine! :aww: :aww:

Eight years ago this little guy came home....




and he already was dreaming big!


and showing his compassion as a puppy, working with me at 4-H camp (I was the camp nurse) -


Or just goofing off...Hi Mom!


And then all our fun in dog sports together!

And mentoring his little brother (nephew actually!) Bond -





I know that was a LOT of pictures! It is amazing how much fun we have packed into 8 wonderful years!
