1st t-storm of the season. Brick was scared.

We had our 1st thunderstorm of the season. At about 12:30 this morning.
I woke up to the Brickster panting in my face and pacing. I told him to lie down. Then I saw the big flashes of lightning.
So I get up and get him a path to the basement bathroom and set it all up for him down there (all lights on, TV blaring).

He stayed down there until 3:30 or 4 AM.

He didn't have an issue with going out this morning, so that was good.

I guess I have to dig out the Thundershirt and the alprazolam. Spring is here.

Poor Brick, he has such a rough time.

Guess the meds and shirt of spring are better than the shovel and sweater of winter
Poor Brick, but at least there are things you can do to make things better for him. When Violet was with us, I knew a storm was coming before it came because Violet would come and look me in the face and than head for the bedroom.....
Oh boy, here we go again. Poor Brick. Harry is another thunder-phobic dog. I didn't think we'd have to deal with it again.
:aww: :aww: :aww: Brick! :ghug:
