Willow's GREAT Spring Saturday...
Willow just received her first certificate for passing her 8 week obedience class, with honors..(not really....  )But she did pass!!!!! And I guess I did too!!! (Pat myself on the back!!). She was so calm while she learned how to sit, down, stay, wait, come on a recall and leave it. She even impressed Janice the instructor who told me, at the end of this class that she feels Willow will make a great therapy dog!!!!! (Janice has been training therapy dogs and service dogs for the last 20 years.) I was so happy that my little Willie is doing so well...AND...not one sock swallowed in the past couple of weeks!!! We celebrated by going down to the Central West End~~~ Dino, Willow and I shared a FRO-YO and walked around the fountain~~ everyone who passed wanted to pet her and she loved it!!!! There is a new clothes shop called ""RUN"" by the fountain and one of the employees came running out and begged me to take Willow in the store~~~ it is dog friendly, so Willow got some great treats made by Wolfgangs, the Pet Store, down the street. (I had to mention to them that Sheepiepalooza will be there on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend and they asked if we would all come in to see them..they promised greats treats and bowls of fresh water ..I told them to watch for us!!!!!!!  )All in All,,,,it was a beautiful spring day, we were able to get out and enjoy our time together...and now, my little Willie is fast asleep...too much excitement for one day!!!!!  |

I told her one of my dear friends made her bows and I had to find a way to 'display' them..... AND<<<<the people in the CWE were doing double takes as she passed...and laughing.....  |
