Rally Brag

So Fred and I have been doing Rally classes for about 6 weeks.. this past weekend was a huge dog show in Cleveland... at least 25 rings of conformation, agility, rally, obedience, vendors.. crazy loud and distracting environment for a 10 month old puppy but it was pretty close to me and I thought it would be fun to enter to get Fred used to the noise and distractions.

We qualified both days!!!! The second day we even placed.. 4th! I was sooo proud of my little girl!

I liked the ribbons but Fred was more interested in the toys.. day 2 she won a pink flamingo.

So exhausting being such a good puppy!!!!!

Best of luck!

Congrats!! Way to go Fred! :clappurple: :clappurple: :cheer:
You guys did SO well - Fred is young and working in rally at an all breed show is really tough.

Now you just need to find one more trial to finish her title! :high5:

:cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:

And then on to Advanced!!! :go:

Chewie is pretty much done - he got his RAE2 at nationals this fall. I will still enter him for fun at our local specialty, nationals, etc...but it would take YEARS to get the RAE3 at that rate (2 shows/year)! But, he does love it, so it's still a fun thing we can do together. :hearts:

Bond's just getting started. He has 1 leg in UKC, and one in AKC....need to get in some trials!

Scores are much more tough and competitive in the B classes. In the UKC show Bond did really well and got a 99 - and we weren't even in the placings!! There were 3 with 100's, and one other 99 who was faster than us. So we were 5th place with a 99. :(
And his AKC leg was a 96, and got 3rd place.

I've been looking for trials for him, but no real luck. Trying to balance working half the weekends puts me out of so many right off the bat. Then juggling his conformation shows and Chewie's agility trials (taking priority over rally)...and we will sit for quite awhile, I'm afraid. :|
Way to go!!! :clappurple: :clappurple: :clappurple: :clappurple:

And she's so young too. I know that you could not be more proud :hearts:

Big congratulations on your debut in Rally competition.
One more Q and you & Fred will have earned what I am sure is the first of many titles.

Very proud of you!
