I have have a beautiful 16 week sheepdog who barks at the door to be let in very early in the morning. How do I retrain her not to bark a the bad door? Thanks

why is she outside? if she is just out for a wee, fair enough. Sheepies are VERY social animals they like to be near other sheepies or us.
I agree, sheepdogs are not good isolated from the family. They are not yard ornaments, their coat gets tangled way too quickly out in the weather. Also they are extremely sociable, they want to be with their people. Most of my rescues were dogs who were "outside" dogs and did not thrive. Once rehomed indoors with people and regular grooming .........and training, they became remarkable dogs.

Might be time to have the pup inside but tucked away in a special area at night. Then allow the pup to live with the family. That way you will get more enjoyment from their antics.
At that age, I would still go outside with her for potty and playtime.
