Lesson learned

Several hours yesterday on Winston and even more time today on Dexter and both boys are mat free or nearly mat free! I only had to clip a couple collar mats on Dex.

From now on they will get their necks brushed out daily in the RV and follow the rest of our routine like we were home.

We may break down and load the grooming table. We have used the picnic table most RV sites have but I'm sure some people would take exception to grooming a dog where they may eat sometime. Birds can poop on it but dogs can't stand on it.

Yeah that kind of inconsistency drives me nuts. If you really want to catch something hang out in a child care centre. :D

A while ago here someone wrote in to the newspaper complaining because they saw a patron at an outdoor café allow their dog to lick a plate. Not something I would do by the way.

Lots of people wrote in going bananas about irresponsible dog owners.

But then a medical doctor wrote in and said they were being paranoid and they'd be much more likely to catch something from the child at a table next to them. Or gasp, bird flu.

There was a deafening silence after that. If you discount me fist pumping and shouting "YES!" Finally someone with public respect telling it how it is.

So do these people think this cafe doesn't wash their dishes?? 8O I mean, they must think that for them to be so upset. :sidestep:
