German Shorthair effects on Sheepie

The boys met my son's German Shorthair puppy on Saturday. She is about 5 months old and lives with another Shorthair who is beyond her playing days. Winston has gotten faster than Dex who will be chased but will not chase so running at our house is a minimum.

Winston and Gretel was a match made in heaven! She was terrified at first but after a period of screaming like she was being torn apart they be made fast friends and I do mean fast! They ran and played all afternoon. Dex couldn't resist and got in on the fun. The older Shorthair took advantage of the distraction and spent the afternoon snoozing in a ray of sun in the den.

We in turn enjoyed a very quiet evening in the RV, they were completely exhausted and didn't even ask for their evening treat!

What a great day for everyone. :D :D
Sounds like the gang is all having fun.
Tonks and Luna's best friend is a German Shorthair Pointer named Jake. Jake and his companion dog Sophie come over every weekend for a doggie playdate, and yes, they are FAST! Our dogs all zoom around the yard for about an hour, and then conk out for the rest of the day!

Good pups are tired pups!
