Homemade Boursin cheese

8 ounces cream cheese
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon caraway seeds
1-2 cloves of garlic finely minced
2 teaspoons minced fresh dill
2 teaspoons minced fresh chives
1/4 teaspoon cayenne powder


Wrap in plastic and leave in the fridge overnight ( needs at least 12 hours for the flavours to blend ) Serve with crackers and smoked salmon or anything you'd like.

to heck with the Wheat Thins, Boursin and I have had intimate moments with only a spreading knife between us.
