Sleep...................
Last night, for the first night in almost 2 months, I got 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep, YAHHHHHHHZOOOOOOOOTIE! Last week Doug put his foot down and saideitherTy starts sleeping at night or he goes into his crate at the other end of the house  The first night he went to sleep with us as usual, woke about 1:30 and wanted to play. I put him in his crate at the other end of the house and he HOWLED the rest of the night. The second night he woke about 3:00AM, went to his crate and HOWLED the rest of the night. Last night I put him to bed (the bed in the picture adjoins our bed) AND HE SLEPT TIL 5:00 AM!!!!
I have no one to blame but myself, it's just that he is soooo tiney and sooo sweet I can't bare to let him cry.................. |

That is such a cute picture, it seems like the cuter they are the harder it is to resist coddling them! Who could blame you?  I'm glad you got a good night's sleep, I'm still waiting for the day that I'll be able to sleep past 7am! (It's usually 5:30 am for weekdays, ugh!) |

He did well again last night, maybe the fear of having to be alone in his crate has inspired him  He usually gets up in the night for a potty call (but then so do I  ) and it's the settling back down that's a problem. Last night he acted like he wasn't going to go back to sleep but he did!!!! |

I'm in your shoes right now. Allie isn't taking care of her kitten, so I'm waking up every 1.5-2 hours to feed it. It seems to be doing okay so far. It's the only one left, so I hope he makes it. |

I'm sooo sorry, poor kitten!!! I didn't realize cats would neglect their babies. I guess I'll have to stop feeling sorry for myself and feel sorry for YOU!!!!!!!!! |
