| Have you checked with some of the rescues or shelters? |
| We haven't found one yet. We were going to start looking at shelters, good idea. |
| If you go the shelter route, shouldn't the prospective mothers be tested for diseases & parasites that can pass from mother to baby during nursing? |
| A shelter would probably be willing to work out you taking the mother in exchange for her nursing the pups. |
