High desert dog park

We are in Rawlins, Wyoming tonight. The RV park has a dog park. When we were here in April the dog park had 3' snow drifts this trip it is rocks and sand. Winston loves it but Dex acts like it is too dirty for his tastes.

Their front legs do get thoroughly filthy!

With all this traveling to dry, dusty locations you may have to improvise some dog leggings that keep the dust off the legs. Then there's the belly and feet, beard........

It's been 55 years since I passed thru Rawlins :twitch: Lots of empty space.
It probably hasn't t changed much since last time you were here!
My guys avoid puddles...but I'm guessing they would just plow through all that powdery, dirt and gravel....maybe bringing your dryer and blasting it off when they are done would be helpful?? I do that for my guys grays when not bathing all of them (just the whites) .... ;)
Cowboys wear dusters, now you know why.
That is a great idea Dawn about the dryer. Susan, that makes sense.

It does look like a nice place for the sheepies to run and stretch their legs.
