Sheepdog found in Sydney, OH

I just found a listing on Dayton/Springfield, OH Craigs List saying that an OES has been found. It has been apparently well cared for and appears to be around 2 or three years old. The finder is not giving the sex and some other peculiar characteristics but saving those for identification. It has been groomed. Check out site and see if you recognize this sheepie and can offer any help.
