Mountain views

The view shortly after we left Brigham City, Utah on Friday.

The view after we left Rawlins, Wyoming on Saturday.

We were 5-6,000 feet higher in Wyoming. The interstate stretches about 15 miles ahead toward the top left of the picture.

The boys seemed to know what it was like outside on Saturday and went over 3 hours without asking for a pee break!

Great views!! I hope the drive is easier soon too - That rig and wind & ice is not fun!
That's Wyoming! Many times up and down their roads.........as a kid I found it borrrring.
I am too much an RV rookie to get bored in any conditions let alone ice, snow, mountains and rain!

This route has been MUCH easier than going thru Farmington and Moab.
   For sure!! Big rig needs bigger roads. Of course you miss the pretty rocks. Colorado Front Range can be lovely if it weren't for all the traffic these days. Now you have the diagonal through Texas..........is there a direct route?
Semi-direct; clear Raton then thru Clayton, spend the night in Amarillo and on home on Tuesday. First 2-lane will be after Raton.
What great pics.....
